I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro Cellphone via Kaunsa.com web site on June 21 order ID 138050. After 10 days they said they can’t deliver my product. SInce then they are giving different dates for refund of Rs 15,374/- but not refunding my money. I have made more than 30 calls to ask for these details but they have not given any concrete answer.

I have gone through several stress as i need to make the payment to credit card company for the same and in return I didn’t got my money back from them i.e. 15,374/-. I would like to get my money back.

I want my money refunded as early as possible. I have checked about this company and like me many people are crying for their refund. I request that portal like this should be warned or shut down to stop this kind of cheating.
