I have purchased Electrolux fridge from the above dealer on 8 July with a promise of delivery within 5 days. I have followed up number of times and everyday I am being told its on the way and will be delivered soon. Today is 2 weeks (20 July) and I am still waiting for the delivery of the product I have a felling they dont want to deliver but retain customer money in their account for as long as possible and earn interest on the same to make their business more profitable. this looting customers

Lost Rs 20520/- + time and money on call Rs 500/-

Rs 21000 + Interest @ 36% from the day I made payment to the date they refund my money
