Dear sir, I am Ashish Prajapati from India a huawei mobile carrier user since 2013. It’s been a pleasurable experience by using huawei G-510 mobile. But since last two months my phone huawei G-510 touch is not working. Touch pad is not functioning well. So i went to the huawei customer care in India, gujarat, ahmedabad and they told me that touch pad of my phone is dead so i have to purchase new touch pad. When I ask them for purchase it they responded in really bad manner even they are the huawei care person and they refuse for providing services which are under their premises. And told me for purchase a touch pad from local market if available and if not so then just dumb your mobile in a dustbin. which I never expect that i will get this kind of response.
Now i have a question to the huawie company that how they are giving certificate to this kind of person. Well I am willing to inform you more about those care if I got a reply from you. But right now my problem is where should I can get touch pad of my huawie Ascend G-510. please i am hopefully waiting for your respond or I have to file some legal suites against the Huawie mobile company under the consumer protection Act. I am hoping that I don’t have to take any of this legal steps against huawie mobile company and also to the customer care of huawie mobile company.
