Service centre of Huawei (M/s S K Enterprises) has refused to provide warranty for my Huawei Y100 mobile handset while my device is under warranty, according to the service center warranty as been expired of lot I dont know which lot has been expired but according to the bill product is under warranty. Huawei customer care is also not providing satisfactory solution in this result my phone is dead from 01/01/2014. You are requested look into and help me to get my mobile repaired or replace.
