Dear Sir, Greetings! I bought a Hush Puppies Shoe from Bata India around six months back sometime in January’2015 from Retail store in MGF Mall Saket First Floor for Rs 3, 500. No doubt its very comfortable shoes but its been only four months since I am wearing the shoes the rubber sole has cracked. Hush Puppies is the top brand of Bata India and generally shoes are very good. Request you to kindly review my shoe and please tell me the alternative. I paid a huge sum of money to buy the shoe which has not lasted me six months. Request you to kindly consider my complaint and take corrective action and allow me a replacement. Generally the shoes have higher life and I really take care of my shoes. I am surprised that the sole got cracked so early. May be because it has a rubber sole.
