dear sir i having one hundai verna fluid car having registration number wb02 aa4820 brought from bengal hyundai and i have also brought an extended warranty for the car which is valid till 26/6/2016 as i have visited the said showroom for some running repairs i found that there was a big hole with rusting below the dicky part and i asked them to get it repaired under the extended warranty but they refused to do it and told that rusting is not included in the extended warranty i told them to show the literature but they failed to show me when i insisted much with them they said please send us a mail and we will reply accordingly but till now there has not been any proper reply from there side

dear sir i feel completely cheated after buying this car because earlier also i had an issue with this car and i had to go to the consumer forum for relief and i was triumph with that case Complaint Case No. CC/335/2014 sir the car look completely damaged because of poor quality in built and after paying around 848673 rs

sir i would request you if possible they completely take my car back and refund all my money paid as this car has been much of an mental trauma for me because of such pathetic service from service center because they are always trying to make a buck and finding excuse with the warranty and not honoring the same and skimming customer like us so i need a refund of rs 848673 rs plus the compensation u feel fit and i return the car to them
