Hyundai Cars Extended Warranty Not Honored

I have purchased this car from Continental Hyundai on 21st January 2012 and paid Rs. 5,199/- towards extended warranty for 3 years. From 28th November 2014, my car is not functional as Engine Control Module and Smarter to be replaced. My car was unattended by Modi Hyundai, Vidyavihar stating that the car is not under warranty. Even after showing Invoice and Warranty Extended form details they refuse to agree. We have raised the above complaint with many people in Hyundai including regional office, Mumbai as well as Head office, New Delhi. We had lot of problems as none of the employees of your office could inform what was happening. We had to make a number of calls to your office, and we didn’t get a proper answer. Finally after so many follow-ups with Ms. Chanda Suveda and Ms. Madhuri Sawant at Regional Office, Mumbai, we are getting the same answer from everyone that “The dealer from which we had purchased the Car is now inactive and have not paid any warranty charges to Hyundai, our request has been sent to Head office Delhi and authorized signatory are out of India, so they are unable to process this issue further

It’s almost three and half months – I am car less and highly inconvenienced. your customer service dealer experience is terrible. Kindly take this matter on highest priority and resolve the issue at the earliest.
