Hi, Myself jethin from kerala and i’m writing this mail on the behalf of my uncle mr sajimon who is the owner of hyundai grand i10 which was purchased 2 year back with reg number kl 30 d 10 We had called and registered the and complaint to your customer care executive ( complaint number: 1-5353 60513) All the time we did the service regularly on time at popular Hyundai , kumbanad. After the last service we went for the free check up camp conducted by the popular Hyundai service centre at kottayam. After the thorough check, they confirmed us that the vehicle is having complaints like turbo leak , gear oil leak and clutch base complaint.. for all that the approximate cost they provided is 45000

For confirming the details we brought the vehicle to ss hyundai and after their chekup they confirmed that the turbo oil and all was not checked during the past services done by popular hyundai kumbanad and they mentioned that the last service we did was at 60000 km where it was only 26000 km We complained against that and they finalised the service cost as 17000 so we gave the vehicle popular Hyundai kottayam.to rectify the complaints.but after all these days when we went there what we had seen is our car is totally damaged due to their improper service. When we start the car the engine shaking so badly and it sounds like tractor and smoke and diesel is coming out from the engine side. Its all.because of their improper service. We talked to the manager and aksed the details and what he said is that they will repair the vehicle but they are not able to giva any warranty. We cant take that.. the car is only 30000 km driven and only 2 year old.. we need them to replace the part in our presence otherwise they will cheat us or they have to change the car.what ever it is they have to do it asap So please consider this complaint in most priority basis and take the necessary stepd to help us as we are also your customer Owner details Sajimon k.george Kuttiyil house Chengannur complaint number: 1-535360513 this is the compaint number which was given by hyundai customer care
