please find attached supporting document and complaint leadin to all the events and problem —also, battery drainage problem–the car went to service station 4 times and since 6th jan 2014 the car is lying their in their service centre. and there is no response or surely as on when car problem will get fixed. also, several call, email had been send to hyundai customer care yet there is no reply/follow up been made to resolve this issue.
i want them to replace my car with a new one and pay me compensation for the losses that i have faced because of their faulty car. all petrol expenses as they took my car several times to their service station.
