Hyundai Santro – Tyre bubbling- Axle issues

I purchased a new Santro (DL 8CT 4024) from Himgiri 4 years ago, but i felt certain problems when i drove the abovementioned car. The car was not smooth & causing many problems. All times at service center, i was told by himgiri staff that it is new car and smoothness will come when it will cover 10,000 to 15,000 kM. Every time i was dissatisfied but they were giving the same reply. Now this santro has covered 20,000 km but there is no change and it is even worse. All of sudden hyundai staff start finding all sorts of problems with car (such as Tyre bubbling, axle issues).Now they have added another part of car which is to be changed i.e. tie-rod. It seems that i was sold a defective car or i was made fool. My all efforts have failed.In warranty period their staff kept saying to cross 20,000 km and now after warranty period, they say, change the part.My car is only driven 20,000 km. Now i have only one alternate that i should sale off this car and should NEVER PURCHASE ANY HYUNDAI vehicle and suggest same to others. Can You Do Something In This Regard??? Further all the time when i was asked by himgiri staff that you are satisfied with our services, My reply was NO. I am sure defective piece has been sold to me. Plz reply to my query and try to resolve it.

We want that either their team replace all the parts that are causing problem on their own expense or give me replacement for my car
