SBI has offered me flexipay options and now suddenly they’ve cancelled all the flexipays. So the amount, i’ve to pay is increased. It’s an inconvenience to me. First they offered something and then they cancel it without any notification. I’ve been in touch with SBI since last 3 months and they promised me that it’s an error at their end. You can listen to the conversations over the phone with CEO department. They’re now stopped responding me over the call. They also stated that they’re doing something to ersolve the issue, however, no contact. It’s not fair at all. Being a customer, I’ve been paying interest, late charges, flexipay cancellation charges where there is no fault of mine. I’m helpless now and don’t know what to do. Please help me resolving the matter. I’ll be waiting for your response

I need all the charges waived from the flexipay cancellation date till now which includes interest charge, late fee charge due to their delay, flexipay cancellation charge. The credit score which is decreased due to their fault, they’ll have to work on it in order to increase it up again. I need a apology letter from SBI as they’ve cancelled all the flexy pay without my authorization and they;ve not notified me about the same. i had to contact them in order to discuss, where they’ve given me incorrect departments number and the telephone service is pathetic as they were never be able to help in any way. We have to email in order to resolve the issue. Finally it’s a shame that they took this much of time in order to resolve the issue. I need compensation from SBI as well due to their lake of communication and ignorance.
