I had made an inquiry for the expensive Hyudai Creta in February 2016. Within 3 days I bought the car for my wife and her mobile number 985XXXXX09 was also given to the showroom. Within 1 working day I started receiving extremely obscene calls and also tele marketing calls from this company’s Call centre somewhere in Gurgaon. if I warn them of filing a complaint, the tele-callers start calling me from another number and start abusing me. in the last 6 months I must have at least received 50 to 75 phone calls. No emails are ever received. The dealer Sanjay Hyundai in Pune also makes 100s of tele-calls to me and my wife. They never address the spare parts complaints or the service complaints. I have been asked at least 25 times about the Customer Satisfaction survey. The worst part is if you question them or shout at the tele-caller, they call from another line and abuse. Please take action against this Company Hyundai,. I have several other cars but have never faced this ugly situation in the last 15 years.
