After multiple followup with the customer care from last 4-5 months for SBI Credit Card closure which is not used for a single time. but I am getting every month with card fee, late payment charges etc… after raising request multiple times for the same thing. Because of SBI customer care irresponsibility my CIBIL score may go down, who is going to take responsibility if i face problem in later stages for loans etc
Card Cancellation with charges and compensation if CIBIL score got down comparing to before this card statement and after.
