I had ordered : 40 inch Samsung LED TV. Order# 85917117 of Rs. 24,689. I had immediately raised the request for return, as the TV was missing power cord and remote. Every time they say they would revert in 48hrs and no action is taken. I have been chasing up with them but they are not responding

I demand a Refund of 24,689 + any shipping charges if any.
