Fraudulent and deceptive behaviour of all staff.Sold a defective car, Hyundai EON, Era plus model, White color, date of purchase 9th jan,2013. Consistent problems with the car: A/C not working properly, Problem with the Gear, Car’s roof top is leaking causing all the rain water to trip inside the car.
Economically, it is indeed damaging as the car is on EMIs for 3 years, hence a defective product is certainly an economic loss. It also is a threat to my life and well-being, as the gear isn’t working. The 3rd and the reverse gear show most of the problem,several times while driving n changing the gear has become a difficulty in the middle of the road. Eversince the monsoon season, the rain water trips inside the car from the car’s top causing almost like a flood in the car. How can one drive such a car and feel safe? Several complaints have been lodged with the sames executive of samara hyundai, however, they have no solutions and no courtesy to offer any action to resolve my problem.
I want to legally sue Hyundai for manufacturing a defective car if it is a manufacturing defect, secondly sue samara hyundai for being dishonest and fraudulent and for non-compliance. Thirdly, an apology from all the staff of samara hyundai,lajpat nagar.And lastly, to replace this hyundai eon with another car as a mode of compensation to both cheating and a threat to my life.
