Sir/ Madam, I bought a tablet of iball brand which got switched off automatically and I gave it for service to the I ball authorized service centre( BEST IT WORLD (INDIA) PVT. LTD, Mysore ) under warranty. The personnel said that he had sent the tablet to Bangalore for further service. It has been 3 months since the tablet had been given for service. I have made around 50 calls and visited the centre in person for more than 10 times. There was no proper response from the centre and I was totally exhausted and disappointed with their product and their service.
