Infibeam – not cancelling the order and refunding the money

On 2nd Oct,13, I placed an order (ID -11823433) for a Sony LCD TV KLV-32BX350 for Rs 28099. Per the merchant website, the product was to be delivered on 5th October. When it was not delivered till 7th October, I called up to have the order cancelled as it was supposed to be a Durga Puja gift for my Mother in law. It has been 16 days since then, and the order is still to be cancelled and the merchant is not refunding the money even after numerous follow up calls and email. Even now I am being told that the order cannot be cancelled and I should wait for another 7 days.

I want the order to be cancelled and the amount I paid to Infibeam to be refunded to me. In addition, I want a compensation for the harassment that I had to endure to first get the product delivered and then to have the order cancelled.
