Kindly looking the customers problems and disturbance. ( and note the, local city dealer’s attitude and behave with the customers). Careless relay, not attention with customers, after they sold the mobile, from them shop. They did not care about the iball (any company’s phone) instrument and customers problems.

When i purchased i ball (from : mobile wala shop, kunj plaza, lal baug, baroda city-guj).
On dtd:11-06-2014. Iball and i4p ips gem. The next day,the auto rotation function did not work, other functions speed low. When i complain to (mobile wala shop) on 14th-june-2014, to the iball sales man, mr.piyush (9275002932) told me, if u have any problem in ur mob. From the purchase date to 7 days, the iball comapany will change the instrument.) So, you go to iball-sayajigunj, alankar apt, (iball service station) f35. Baroda. ) with the bill of your mobile.

In the iball service staion, (sayaji gunj,alanakar aprt,) the staff no body can ask the customers what is the problem or others. They did not have any manners and attitude with the customers. After half en over, i told him, about iball problems. The service station person, told sorry, we can’t, and he back the mobile. Again i gone with mobile wala-shop, and contact to counter person and told the details. He told that, we contact to him U may go again to service station, before 03:00 pm. And mr,piyush the salesman, give him mob.no. And told if you have any problem at there, then u must call my mobile no.

( 9275002932) and the mobile wala shop no.0265-2439955 and 0265-245 8888) Again i go to service station, but the manner less staff did not asking what is the problems ???? When i told him, the mobile wala. (piyush) told me,u go the service station and they looking for software and related issue. But, they told me, no body can talk to us.
And our some person are not available. When i no.of time to contact to (mobile wala shop) land line no.and mr.piyush (9275002932). But, no body can pick up the phone.

This types of foolish service u provide to customers ???????? Kindly note, i am not a fool. I had purchased mob by cash payment. And the shop owner and other staff of mobile shop, no body can listen my complain. I am very angry and frustrated with iBall Mobiles SmartPhones
