Reversal of Charges On Airtel Bill

Hi Team, I had requested for a new connection in Jan’14 and handed over the require doc & 400 rs for security deposit to Airtel Agency. The Executive filled the Airtel form & handed over the Customer Relationship Form ( Serial No. MUPA 528991 ) which mention all details as customer Name , 400 DP amount ect . Till now the Card is not activated

Recently i had ported my different operator Sim card (8097927908) from Idea to Airtel , and am requesting to Agency revers my previous ( DP 400 rs ) to the current month bill outstanding , but they are not doing the same . Yesterday 19th June’14 i was asking for reversal with Mona 9967434451 (Airtel Agent) so they closed my Sim by force fully (8097927908) in lost and stolen Sim. Is this a way ? till now i don’t have a Sim card to get in touch with my parents. Request you to please suggest .
