iball mobile – non availibility of spare parts

Mobile Phone is in warranty but still not able to get repair it due to non availability of spare parts (Phone is submitted 2 months back to Service center). Every time getting reply that it will be ready by next weekend but till date no phone received.

1. Phone which was submitted to I ball should be repaired and get ASAP. 2. If they do not have spare parts then new phone should be provide to me ASAP.
