My complaint number is IBCC33961. I have IBALL ANDI 4.5M ENIGMA mobile phone. The battery of this phone is damaged and needs to be replaced. I am searching for this battery since 4 months. The battery is unavailable in the market. I have contacted several service centers but the battery is unavailable. Also the customer care also says that the battery is out of stock and not available.

Please suggest my phone is dead and cannot be used.It is of no use to me.I am thinking it was my biggest mistake to purchase this phone

Please suggest when the battery will be available. Awaiting response.
