Iball Tab – Display problem not resolved worst service

I had purchased iball 3GQ1035 tab in April 2014. I went to iball service centre to solve display problem on 08 september 2014 as it is in warranty period. They told me that display have to change, they took my tab as pending and gave me after 5 days on 13 september 2014 without any receipt of what they did to my tab. I asked about receipt, they refused to give it. Now after 10 days tab have same problem, again I went to same service center again they told have to change display, they refused receipt with stamp, when we asked about stamp on receipt then they gave us. Now they are saying that we have wait for long period, not giving any date to retake my tab. So, I wish to file complaint on this service center about poor service and harassment of costumers in consumer court.

I want my iball tab as early as possible with receipt and solved problem.
