I purchased the iberry Auxus Note 5.5 Mobile on 28-Aug-14 from diggital_estore Ebay.in. Yesterday 8-Sep-14 only I have received this Mobile. When I am using this mobile during a Voice Call, it is getting heatup at upper side i.e. near inbuilt earpiece. I raised concern on iberry site. First they told me to send the the mobile at their chennai center but when i asked them to provide pick up facility due to high amount of courier changes they are telling that no need to send and heat up of mobile is common problem. Even this mobile has poor picture quality and poor battery backup.

I want my money back or replacement of mobile which is not having this problem.
