Iberry Mobile – Not getting product service properly

Sir, I have buy a phone from iberry auxus from 6 month earlier and from the starting of the time i am not getting the product service properly and when i have sended the phone to local service Center they have said that they are not getting to service this product so you have to send this product to the main head office for any kind of service so i have sensed the phone 3 times for same service but now when i have got the product i have seen that it is physically damaged and their were many more issue such like camera, heating issue and phone screen issue.

Relief which i want 1. My phone should be replaced or if possible may i get the refund for it 2. All the charges which i have paid for this courier service for 3 times around 1200 3. The convince traveled for going to service center all the petrol consumption all its refund 4. I have been mentally tortured by the service center and the main head office
