Ticket No. 942821..I am strongly very upset the kind of service iBerry Asia is providing ..its already two weeks i have given my product for the service and still you telling the product wil be delivered in next ten days. At the time of marketing you people promised alot of things but now the same hasn’t been delivered. Moreover you keeping the product with you then What about my warranty period. At the time of booking the product, you start warranty period from date of booking but delivered the product later and now again you people consuming my warranty time and not delivering the same. This is my last complaint to you otherwise i will not tolerate and complain in the consumer forum.

Its now more than two weeks and still the product is not delivered and saying it will took ten more days. I sorry to say regarding iberry i expected form the company more but its just like all other service providers. please resolve the issue as soon as possible
