I m teja from Bhimavaram.I bought Samsung galaxy core on 3months back.suddenly the phone having vibrating problem.The phone is not vibrating when it is in vibration mode even in calls also.I take to the customer service center.They told us to leave our phone for 3 to 4 days to give a order for vibrator to my mobile.I said I am from local the phone is useful to me when vibrator comes pls contact me nd gave My mobile to them.After a week of days I again met service center and asked about my mobile problem they repeated the same answer.I already gave my contact info I asked them.They said we dont save such info.I am trying trying to recruit my mobile prob.I felt bad with ur service center.Finally I wanna Inform you.Pls rectify my mobile prob.
