bharathiar university registrar spoiled my life and fresher validty and did not give my certificate,the coe gave my certificate duplicate ink on provisional certificate because I gave complaint to cmcell.my convocation certificate the coe gave duplicate lamination with lot of folding.etc,refer the pdf imp
