I have taken admission in MIFA course distance mode, at that time they give me different type of promise i.e. mail information last year exam paper etc but now there is no support from university , and there is no representative appointed from university to give me information regarding exam, when i contact they said just login student page, how its possible for working person to daily login a website. they taken full fees but not sending me all books as this course is distance. i have taken though franchisee of ICFAI. after exam there is no method of scrutiny or recheck my given paper. i asked the receipt of fees for income tax purpose they not given me also, which i paid via cheque

I lost my 60000 Rs and time, and exam fees they taken from my side

return my fees all which i paid
