Tikona,Bad service

I am subscribed for 2MBPS connection and paid 4k advance on 4th July 2013. Its been 12 days , I have not seen even 500 kbps speed. I called them hundred times but they do not pick phone and kept me waiting. I contacted Mr Nair, Manager – Contact Center Operations , but this man did not listen to me and I am getting suffered since I took connection.

I took the connection to support my office work from home . Due to this I am spending 300 INR daily to travel to office to work in nights from 5th July 2013 till date.

I want compensation from Tikona so far and assurance of speed commited for this connection. I paid whatever they asked and now its my right to ask the speed which was committed to me aas per this plan.
