I have purchases the Software for Rail Tickets and i found the person incharge mobile no on internet and i contacted him about the details og the software and he showed me a video regarding the same and i purchased that software from him Via NEFT for 15,000/- and now after purchasing the software his number is not reachable and the software is also not working at all

i lost my 15000 and the software is also not working at all

i want my 15000/- back from that person
