Dear Sir, This is with regard to builder projects launch in Gurgaon Sector-95. One of the builder SKM launched “SKM Cambrian Forest” in Sector-95, year 2011. Some of the big brokers lured end users by telling them all license process is done and have proper approval. For example: refer to advertisement by Allcheckdeals http://www.allcheckdeals.com/project-skm-cambrian-forest-gurgaon.php They have mentioned below information “A project approved by DTCP Haryana, SKM Cambrian Forest enjoys the advantages of being located on an extremely desirable location.” This builder already had fraud case against them for selling illegal plots in Gurgaon Sec-78, 79 without proper approvals. http://www.hindustantimes.com/India-news/Gurgaon/FIR-against-realtor-for-illegal-sale-of-plots/Article1-851419.aspx But they did not stop there only and continue this in Sector-95. Now, we came to know they are no more launching this project in Sector-95. Now a new firm COSMOS is launching this project. Sector-95 land has been exchanged between various builder and we end users are cheated. First it was PAL later SKM and now COSMOS. We appreciate if you could look into this matter and take necessary action to get the justice for end users. Many customers are now struggling to get the flat or refund of their money. This project has been cancelled now. Cheque bounce case are also filed against this builder.
End users was justice the flats as per their booking. If there is any deal happened between SKM and Cosmos about the land, it should not impact the end users. They should get the flat or money as per the current price of land in that area. I have struggled a lot, my father was seriously sick and was diagnosed by cancer. While I was in hospital, I was mental disturbed due to cheque bounce and no money returned by the builder when I was in need of money. I have lot of expenses on my father treatment and he is no more in this world. I want the consumer forum to take strict action against builder to ensure no such frauds happen in future and also help me to get my money back.
