Dear sir today i went to ICICI atm to withdraw cash,after entering all details I have not got the money but my account got debited subsequently I got the SMS and email alert from the bank I went the branch behind the ATM their Mr.Arunachalam told he wont take the complaint,he told me call the customer care thro phone and I called the customer care and made the complaint,but thre is no confirmation from BANK for my complaint While taking I got the complaint number but im not sure that is right

I wnat the BANK to refund the fund + penalty for not attaending the compalint properly
