The ICICI bank has suddenly started deducting a “Reward Redemption Fee” on my savings account without my approval. I do not need there rewards. These are forced on to the customer and then a fee is charged for redemption.This is extortion. when contacted they put me on hold. There is no email Id on the website where one can write to them.

I want them to remove my account from there rewards programme and refund the fee deducted from my savings account.
