I am Abdul Raffay Mohammed, holding a savings account in ICICI bank with A/C No: 179701500976. I am un-employed. Even, after RBI passing a rule “No penalty for bank balance below minimum limit” to banks ICICI bank has charged me a penalty of 393.26/- on 19/04/2014 and after dew days they call me on mobile and asked to “maintain a minimum balance . If not you will be charged again with penalty”. Then, I enquire about the RBI rule. They said they didn’t get any orders from RBI.

I need ICICI should be punished with huge fine, Account holders should get relief from this debits & make ICICI bank to follow RBI rules
