I gave request to close my ICICI account number 001301537853 about 06 months back and refund the foreclosure amount. After 2 weeks I was told by Ms. Kavita Mehra that we have sent courier for DD of INR 300. When I denied that I have-not received any courier then she checked with Sec 9 branch and said I will get in next few days. After a week again I visited her and she embarrassed me in front of other customers that I have spent more than 300 rupees petrol which was insulting and pure harassment. Its not about the money but the bank failed to service as per their false commitment. I have-not received my DD of INR 300 till now. Please help!
I want a written apology from Kavita Mehra and keeping in mind the mental agony, harassment and humiliation in front of others and the time and effort I spent for my multiple visits to branch, I request from court a compensation of INR 50000.
