Intex Technology – Complaint regarding servicing mobile under warranty period

it is to inform you that I have purchased Cloud Z5 White: Intex: Standard – Dual Sim [IMEI no. 911316050791217, Battery No. Cloud Z532402 & Char No. S/N: cloudZ514133] from M/s. Poojara Telecom Private Limited on 7th September, 2013 vide their retail invoice no. SI/GDM/2840 dated 07.09.2013 15:16:08. After 14 days from the date of purchase of my mobile It had been observed that it is getting into automatic switch on and switch off mode. I had explained the same problem at Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. – Gandhidham and thus had submitted the same for repairing, against which a job card had been issued carrying a no. JS/GDM/89 and dated as 21.09.2013. It took almost 10 days to fix the problem as mentioned above. Further, on 10.10.2013 my data cable was not working and hence I again had to submit it to M/s. Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Gandhidham vides their job card no. JS/GDM/150 dated 10.10.2013. This time they took the faulty data cable and had issued a new one on 20.10.2013. And now I a new problem had occured which is the loudspeaker of the phone is not working as in whenever i am calling any person i need to switch on the loudspeaker at my handset to hear the other person’s voice. Upon communicating the same to M/s. Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. – Gandhidham on 10.01.2014 and they issue their job card no. JS/GDM/379 dated 10.01.2014 to me. Presently the mobile is under repairing with Intex vide job sheet no. 401135235001T001 (sms received on yesterday).

Since from the date of purchase i have been facing enough amount of trouble with the device, thus i request you to issue a new one to me or else kindly do needful arrangement to refund my money. Hope the above mentioned details are sufficient enough on your part to take a justified decision or else you shall be prompting me log in a complain at Consumer Forum. Expecting to receive a positive feedback from your end asap.
