In 2008, I had been asked by ICICI bank to clear my dues which stand Rs. 32,976. On 9-12-2008 I had posted registered letter to Head-Customer Service Quality , ICICI bank ltd.,Bandra East , Mumbai telling them that i had not received any credit card from them but no reply was there then. Thereafter , I had been receiving unlimited phone calls from them saying that I had USED THEIR CREDIT CARD AND ASKING ME TO CLEAR MY DUES , on every call I asked them to show me the details of where I had used their credit card or show me the proof of details where I had purchased some thing using their money, but they had never answered my question. From last 5-6 years , they are continuously disturbing and harassing me through phone calls and on every phone call they had said that I HAD USED THEIR CREDIT CARD and I always ask them to show details , to which they had never replied. After few days have passed since I had received their last call , some new employee called again , asking the same and my reply was also same (of showing details) , to which no answer was there and this same had been happening for last 5-6 years.

Now from 2013 , I had been talking to the bank’s head office through e-mail. Firstly they used to delay the process by giving dates and dates but when I said them that If they will not resolve my problem , I will take support of MEDIA AND CONSUMER COURT , because of my this warning they are now in 2013 , after so many years , saying that so called Lombard policy was done and the payment is of this policy. I had never given any permission to them for this, moreover I had neither given any document to them for policy nor received any document from them regarding this policy , then how come they can say that policy was done .THIS ALL IS FRAUD ,THEY ARE DOING WITH ME. One more big point I want to tell you that EMPLOYEES FROM THEIR BANK CAME TO ME AT MY SHOP AND ASKED ME FOR SETTLEMENT UNDER THE TABLE WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE ISSUE OUTSUDE PUBLICALLY. THIS ONLY SHOWS THAT HOW FAKE AND FRAUD THEY ARE. I am 55 years old and my health is also not supporting me now and these people are mentally disturbing me continuously.Now they are not having any proof of details that’s why they are now saying that policy was made , only because I had said that I will knock the door of court for justice.You can also listen to the phone conversation recording in which they had always said that I had used their credit card. Please help me in this fraud case and help resolving it as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you
