Not received my ICICI Bank’s Credit Card Statement. Due date is on 26.04.2013 Customer care executive are not responding properly. Called today. They are threatening to block my card. Kindly Help.

Need my Statement on time.(or) wish to close my card after paying the outstanding amount without interest.
