Dear sir I have requested to cancel my policy with icici prudential which is 2 and total amount will be 230000 rs My branch manager asked me about sending an application which I already did and my passport copy….now after 1 month I have been again asked to submit all documents and visit the branch personally. …upon asking about this to my area manager he was like free look period is gone and you have to again write the application….And no one’s interested in helping…. They told me that it’s some kind of investment policy and made me sign on life insurance. …. Please help me.. I live mostly out of India and cant fight them… Both my policies are with the bank right now..
