I have charged Rs 28.09 by ICICI Bank on the cancellation of ATM withdrawal due to insufficient fund. A user can enter wrong figures by mistake and it is also not in-line with RBI guidelines. Please have a look into it.

Rs. 28.09 are being reduced from many accounts and ICICI is making money illegally.

If this deduction is not aligned with RBI guidelines, It should be stopped immediately.
