Dear sir I am a savings account holder of ICICI BANK, at Hamirpur (H.P.) branch. My complaint is about MAB decduction on 19 December 2014, which is deducted from my account. Icici Bank deducted rs. 393 from my bank account without any intimation, according to RBI norms, it is wrong to deduct charges without any intimation. I cant understand about these charges. When bank opened my account they dont told me about any MAB, and I want to know that, why we will suffer for these bank terms. A customer opens a bank account for savings to his money not for deductions. Plz tell me about this matter. And plz help me to get refunds of deductions. I shall be very thankful to you.
