The bank has deducted account maintenance charges without any prior intimation or warning, either through email or SMS. The bank continues to charge me for SMS facility. The bank should deduct after giving prior intimation of at least 3 days to its customers.

An amount of Rs. 393.26 has been deducted in the month of July, August and September 2013 each, totalling to unauthorised deductions of Rs. 1179.78 for these three months alone.

Credit back of the amount deducted, which is Rs. 1179.78, along with any other such amounts deducted in the past, in a similar manner.
