ICICI bank sent me a voucher which was given to me for being one of the highest spender. I received that on 9th of Jan. However the voucher expired on 31st of Dec 2013. Upon complain the bank claims that it was delivered on 16th Dec which is a blatant lie.

I was supposed to receive this voucher of Rs. 500

An apology from the bank for lying.
