I took a used car loan from standard chartered bank on 17th August 2002.My loan no. is SuDel00006307641.Due to some unforeseen circumstances i was not able to pay few emi’s in lieu of which in 2005 bank hypothecated my vehicle and as per bank my dues of 161,200 were settled by selling the car for the value of 1,53,000 leaving just an outstanding of 8200/- providing me all the written details of the same. in march 2006 standard chartered bank gave their collections to ICICI bank.from 2006 onwards instead of updating their records ICICI bank is continuously harrassing me to pay some lame amount of 26,000 which is not due on me.Every year increasing the amount and recently a collections executive visited me with an outstanding amount of 70,000/- which is not at all due on me .

Economic damage because of bank’s irresponsible behavior my name is updated in cibil,because of which from last 7 years I am not able to take any loan from any bank .This has a lead to a lot of mental and social harassment on me.
