Dear Sir, Sub: – Loan Account No. LPTUN00029625428. Ref: – Saving Account Number: – 018701525892. On 15th Sep’2014 at 7:58 PM, I have received a loan disbursement amount of Rs.191490/-. Which was applied for loan at ICICI Bank branch on 29th August’2014 through Madam Reaxy, as per your personal loan policy within 7th day’s loan sanction amount should be credited but it’s credited on 15th days at Night end of working hours. In above circumstance, Now I requesting please consider my EMI due on 15th every month instant 5th. Also i get approx. Rs.4200/- short as per calculation provided by ICICI bank representative at Tuticorin Branch – Madam – Reaxy, details excel sheet attached. Rs.4200/- is ICICI Lambord Insurance saying ICICI Bank representative but this type of deduction not communicate me by madam Reaxy and there own handwringing sheet available with us that have not mention the Insurance deduction but very smartly taken my signed in Insurance documents. (Like a corporate label cheating). I am not interested in this type of insurance, I want credit my Rs.4200/- at the earliest. My salary account at ICICI Bank is operating since last 7th years.
