My lenovo S650 is only used about 2 months I am facing a problem with the touching “right side of the phone some times become dead and apps are opening automatically and rapid changes and this is some times become back to normal some time it like the old I don’t understand what to do please help me…

Dear Sir,
I have procured the lenovo vibe Z K910 smart phone on 22/03/2014. IMEI no of my cell is 8622872025114611.

As the charging of cell was not functioning, i have deposited my cell to ALPHA Electronics, Bhavnagar (An authorized service centre) on 23/09/2014 for repairing under warranty period. After continuous chase with service centre, i am getting the response that yet parts are not received from company.

From esteemed organization like Lenovo, such huge delay in service is never expected. I hope i will receive my cell very soon.
