Xolo Customer Service Not Returning the Phone

Dear Sir, I bought a XOLO handset module Q2000 dated 19th-Nov-2013 (Mobile Bill Attached) from a authorized dealer Jasmin Infinite Trade Pvt. Ltd.. Now the set has two problems 1) Display colure problem 2) Sim1 Network issue. I went to XOLO service center opposite LIC office Fateganj Vadodara to submit my mobile for repair / replacement but they are not giving any proper response. They wants to charge Rs 100 for analysis. Even though without analysis He says it is damaged due to water. My complain is that How can they say such diagnosis result without mobile behavior analysis? They are giving such bad analysis verbally. I asked for give the same in writing but they denied to give such analysis. I am not getting proper response from XOLO service center.
