SnapDeal Online – Damaged Product Sent – Review

Dear SIr/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint against ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL Snapdeal.com for sending a Damaged item more than a week back and not refundin me for the same inspite of my repeated calls everyday. I am left with no choice but to address this issue and may have to take it up legally due to the non-response and callous attitude of the staff at Snapdeal. I have to religiously call up their customer care only to be told than I will receive a call back for the same. And till date I received no call from teh COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. I had received a damaged product and all I ask is for a Call back from the Complaint department to RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND take the product back and refund me for the item and COMPENSATE for the loss of time , money and most IMPORTANTLY the mental trauma. I have purchased many times through this site and this is not how you treat a loyal customer.

It has been almost 1 week and I have not yet received a call back from SNAPDEAL Complaint team. I demand a refund right away. You can find the details of the product in the trailing mail.
