The bank gave me a sanctioned letter in the month of Oct’14, but the loan was never really sanctioned and no check was given, because the bank needed some more papers So, the papers were all provided. Then the bank started charging pre-EMI even without disbursing the loan. Even today the bank says that they need to verify some more papers, but pre-EMI is being charged and the loan has still not been disbursed.

I want pre-EMI and the processing fees to be refunded with daily interest untill the loan is disbursed. The amount is Rs. 8474 + interest.
