ICICI Bank has issued me a multi wallet card 2 months back.And in this month they deducted my balance with no reason and when i called them they are saying that its problem from merchant side and showing their helplessness in this issue.I have attached supporting statement.

I have called them more than thrice for the same issue but every time they denied giving me satisfactory answer related to the concerned issue.So overall this gives undue mental stress.And as far as economic loss is concern they have deducted balance from my ICICI wallet with no specified reason. I want them to pay my deducted balance and penalty extra for the same.
